New construction of a multi-family building developed on three levels. The ground floor is composed of three units, the first floor and the second floor are composed on three units too but are divided on two levels which also exploit large terraces enriched with planters.

The supporting structure is in X-Lam and the insulations, from the walls to the roof, are built with technologies and materials of natural origin that allow maximum comfort with minimum energy consumption.
