Important renovation of an elegant stone building from the early 1900s, with wooden roofs and attics insulated using bio-building materials in wood fibers and construction of an extension adjacent to the X-Lam building; all the external expansion claddings and new stairwell were made with high-quality larch wood slats such as fences.
